Silvina Moreno was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1970. She got a degree in Preschool Education and worked as a prescool teacher in Buenos Aires for 15 years. In 2003 she moved to USA. She actually work at Educando a America as Head teacher of the Preschool Departament.
